  • RICH CHOCOLATE CAKE - Moist, dense chocolate cake. 
  • MOCHA CAKE - Moist, dense chocolate cake with espresso.
  • LEMON OR VANILLA BUTTER - Heavier than a sponge cake, this cake is very moist and is scented with either lemon zest or pure vanilla.
  • SPONGE CAKES - Sponge cakes are very light in texture. They are soaked with a flavored syrup complementary to the flavor of the cake.

Nuts (i.e., almonds, pecan, walnut, peanuts, cashew) can be incorporated into the buttercream filling.

 
All cakes are filled and iced with icing of choice and covered in buttercream flavored fondant, unless otherwise.
