Yankee Onesie

I just love this cake! The design is so adorable.  I am a Yankee fan, too, so I was so excited to make this cake for my cousin's sister-in-law.

It my cousin's favorite cake flavor, Oreo cake with Oreo buttercream.  How many Oreo cookies? For this recipe I used about 120 Oreo cookies.

Graduation Cupcakes

The favorite cupcake flavor of all time... Oreo cupcake filled crushed Oreo buttercream and topped with decorated vanilla-flavored fondant.

Wonder Woman Birthday Cake

My little adorable customer named Trinity turned five. Her mom requested me to make a Wonder Woman themed birthday cake for her daughter.  I decorated a simple, yet gorgeous (proud of my work) birthday cake with WW's essentials - outfit, tiara, wrist guards, and lasso. 

The top tier was red velvet cake with cream cheese filling and the bottom tier was chocolate cake with Swiss mocha buttercream.

Hello Kitty

My cousin's little princess (Natalie) celebrated her first birthday.  Cindy, my cousin and Natalie's mom, requested for 4 dozens of Hello Kitty cupakes.  Well, I decided to throw in a simple Hello Kitty sculpted cake.  My family are not chocoholics, so I made a butter cake with Oreo filling. The cupcakes were Oreo cupcakes with vanilla bean buttecream (Swiss style).

I LOVE HELLO KITTY! Who wouldn't?  I just adore the "cuteness and girliness" of Hello Kitty!
