Will You Marry Me?
The cake was a vanilla cake with strawberry filling. The engagement ring is made of plastic and is not edible.
NY Yankee!
Another Yankee fan celebrated her birthday with a NY Yankee Jersey cake. This time I made her decoration with the World Series Emblem. From my first attempt to create a baseball cap cake, I see some improvements.
The Yankee Jersey Cake was vanilla cake filled with Bailey's buttercream. The Yankee baseball hat cake was chocolate cake filled with Bailey's buttercream.

Black Jewel Women Golf Association
Janice was awed when she saw the surprise "Dyson" vacuum cleaner cake for Elaine. Since she is the President of the Black Jewel Women Golf Association, she asked me to decorate a golf course cake for her. She was speechless when she saw the cake.
The cake was a vanilla cake filled with strawberry buttercream. Everything was edible, including the boulders. The flag pole was made from spaghetti stick painted with edible black food coloring.
More power for you, girl! Keep hitting for an EAGLE or BIRDIE!

Joy, "Save For This"
Like any other fashionistas, Joy love purses. She wanted to have her very own Chanel purse. Since the real purse is $$$, my cousin, Cathy from abroad, asked me to design a quilted Chanel purse cake for Joy with a message specifying "JOY, SAVE FOR THIS." This was a teaser. My cousin really knows how to pull a crank!
The cake was a chocolate cake filled with French chocolate buttercream, iced with vanilla buttercream, and covered with buttercream-flavored fondant.
